ROSSELLÓ Abogados adds three new partners


ROSSELLÓ Abogados has added three new partners in January 2017. They are Juan Carlos Calderón, specialist in labor law, Carolina Castro, expert in corporate and financial law, and Pierre Nalvarte, specialized in infrastructure concessions. They have been promoted based on their professional skills and their high commitment to the organization.

Juan Carlos Calderón is a lawyer specialized in labor law and settlement of conflicts and holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security. He has wide experience in the design and implementation of policies for the hiring of domestic and foreign workers and in the procurement of certificates of immigration, the collective termination of employment relationships, collective bargaining and judicial and administrative employment-related proceedings. He is an advisor on wage policy, incentives and bonuses.

Carolina Castro is an expert in Corporate and Financial Law, Stock Exchange and Banking. Her work is focused on mergers and acquisitions, financing, strategic alliances, negotiations and corporate law in general. She provides advice mainly to private domestic and foreign companies on corporate and strategic planning matters and on every contractual aspect arising from the development of projects.

Pierre Nalvarte is specialized in public-private partnerships, infrastructure and public services concessions and projects carried out in lieu of the payment of taxes and holds a Master’s Degree in Contracts with the Peruvian State. He has been an advisor on important transport infrastructure projects to the Peruvian State, regulatory organizations and companies.

This year is the 20th anniversary of Rosselló Abogados, one of the main law firms in Peru. After this addition, it has 7 partners and more than 30 lawyers, who share the same vision of excellence and professional commitment to its clients in a proactive and innovative environment.
