Jurist an der Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa. Er ist Spezialist f\u00fcr Bergbau- und Umweltrecht, Bereiche, in denen er seit mehr als 35 Jahren t\u00e4tig ist und internationale und nationale Unternehmen bei Bergbau- und Energieprojekten in allen Aspekten ber\u00e4t, sowie bei der Einholung von Umweltmanagementinstrumenten und anderen \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Genehmigungen, die f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung von Investitionsprojekten erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n

Er war Generaldirektor f\u00fcr Bergbaukonzessionen des \u00d6ffentlichen Bergbauamtes (derzeit das Geologische Institut f\u00fcr Bergbau und Metallurgie – INGEMMET). Er war sechs Jahre lang stellvertretendes Mitglied des Bergbaurats. Seit drei\u00dfig Jahren ist er Professor f\u00fcr Bergbaurecht im Grund- und Aufbaustudium an mehreren Universit\u00e4ten (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Universidad de Lima, Pontifica Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa, Universidad ESAN und Universidad del Pac\u00edfico). Referent bei Fachveranstaltungen in der Bergbauindustrie und Autor von Artikeln zu diesem Thema.
