Attorney with a law degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and experience in Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Construction Law, Public-Private Partnerships and Civil Law.

He has been a member of legal teams at companies in the infrastructure, construction, and concessions sectors, participating in administrative proceedings, contract management, the development of legal strategies, dispute management, contract review, regulatory analysis, risk management and the monitoring of contractual obligations.

He has specialized training in public-private partnerships, administrative sanction proceedings and international engineering and construction contracts.
