Attorney from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a Master’s Degree in Economic Administrative Law from Universidad del Pacífico and an International Diploma in Administrative Law from the Universidad ESAN.

Specialist in advising concessionaire companies of urban road infrastructure, as well as national road concessionaires, regarding the fulfillment, interpretation and execution of the Concession Contract, as well as in regulatory matters, negotiation of agreements with the State for the resolution of disputes to legal uncertainties, among others.

She also has experience advising different investors on government contracting regarding selection processes and public tenders before different State entities (OSCE, PETROPERU, PROINVERSION, OSINERGMIN).
