He is a specialist in the management of infrastructure projects and public services granted in concession to the private sector, providing advice on the fulfillment and matrix of obligations, risk management and mitigation, negotiation of contractual modifications, negotiation of dispute resolution agreements, among others.

He has extensive experience in matters of arbitration related to concessions, Public-Private Partnerships and Contracting with the State.
