Specialist in design and legal structuring of private investment promotion projects, Public-Private Partnerships, Private Initiatives, Concessions and Privatizations, Public Works and Service Contracting, under the Peruvian State Contracting Law. He led the legal team in charge of the design and structuring of projects and competitions for the concession of roads nationwide; Mining Projects; Hydrocarbons Airports; Seaports; Energy; Sanitation Providing Companies; Hydroelectric and Irrigation Projects; Tourism Projects; Railways; among others.

He teaches courses on concessions and Public-Private Partnerships at the graduate school of Universidad ESAN.
