Attorney from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Holder of a Master’s Degree in Finance and Corporate Law from Universidad ESAN, with a specialization in Investment Banking and Financial Structuring. Holder of an Official Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences, with a specialization in the module of Law, Companies and Societies from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). She has specializations in Arbitration in State Contracting from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and in International Construction Standard Contracts (FIDIC, NEC, among others) from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).

She has more than 15 years’ worth of experience in the design and structuring of infrastructure and public service projects granted in concession to the private sector, whether through State or private initiatives.

She has specialized in the management of infrastructure and public service projects granted in concession, which includes legal advice on the management and fulfillment of obligations, the analysis, management and mitigation of risks, legal advice on administrative sanctioning procedures, imposition of penalties, as well as in the negotiation of contractual modifications and dispute resolution, among others.

She has provided legal advice in various operations, financing of our clients for the execution of infrastructure projects, including bond issuance and the structuring of trusts of various types.

She is part of the arbitration team, having obtained recognized favorable results in the disputes of our clients.
