Our attorneys are in charge of contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as advice for the prevention of disputes.

Our Firm also provides advice on the defense of Free Competition and the Repression of Unfair Competition and Access to the Market in contentious proceedings and in the design of business strategies in order that these be both respectful and preventive vis-à-vis the legislation on competition in our market.
