We advise on the structuring, conduct and continuous advice for complex investment operations, concession contracts, licenses, as well as on the evaluation of their advantages, risks and legal contingencies.

We provide specialized advice on the procedures for obtaining concessions, permits and State authorizations of different levels and in administrative procedures before the Ministry of Energy and Mines, Supervising Entity for Investment in Energy and Mining (OSINERGMIN), Geological, Mining and Metallurgical Institute (INGEMMET), Ministry of the Environment, National Environmental Certification Service for Sustainable Investments (SENACE), Environmental Evaluation and Control Agency (OEFA), Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Culture and National Water Authority, among others.

We participate in oversight procedures on the activities and the possible subsequent administrative procedures.

In environmental matters, we advise on the obtaining of the environmental certification and other environmental management instruments for projects at the corresponding levels, interacting with the technical specialists of the title holder and the State from the beginning of the project, whether before the National Environmental Certification Service for Sustainable Investments (SENACE) or before the sectorial authorities.

Moreover, we closely accompany the projects during their execution and subsequent oversight in order to carry out preventive or remediation work when appropriate, reviewing, opining and participating in hearings and/or workshops that correspond to the approval procedures of the Environmental Impact Studies, as well as regarding any other environmental certification procedure.
