He has participated in a number of direct and stock market credit operations and has conducted a number of mergers and acquisitions. He was appointed by the Executive Branch as a member of the Commission responsible for identifying the means and actions for outsourcing the administration and management of penitentiary centers.<\/p>\n<p>He has led and continues to lead our Firm\u2019s arbitration team, having obtained recognized favorable results for our clients, through the comprehensive and strategic analysis of disputes.<\/p>\n<p>He has provided advice on the structuring of financing and contracts in general and is a founding member of the Peruvian Association of Private Law, as well as a member the Institute of Public Services (IDESER). He has been a professor of Contract Law at the most prestigious private universities in the country (Universidad de Lima, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del
