He has been for six years Substitute Member of the Mining Council. He has been for thirty years professor of the Mining Law course in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at various universities (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Universidad de Lima, Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa, Universidad ESAN and Universidad del Pac\u00edfico). Speaker at events specialized in the mining industry and author of articles on the subject. Since 1999 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Mining, Petroleum and Energy
