Lawyer, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Second Specialization Program in Public Law and Good Governance from said university. Specialization Program in Corporate Compliance at the Graduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).

He is a specialist in advising public transport infrastructure concessionaires on compliance, interpretation and execution of the concession contract, as well as on corporate, regulatory, personal data protection, compliance, administrative law, among others.

He is currently a member of the Alumni Council of the Civil Association, Administrative Law Circle.
