Attorney with a law degree from Universidad de Piura, specializing in contract structuring and Administrative Law. He has experience in Public-Private Partnerships, Works for Taxes projects, public and private procurement, risk analysis, sanctioning proceedings, litigation and arbitration.

He has been part of legal teams at law firms and companies operating in the infrastructure, concessions and mining sectors, participating in the structuring and negotiation of contracts, the supervision of concession agreements, the development of legal strategies, the handling of disputes and the analysis of regulatory and contractual risks.

He serves as Technical Secretary of the Federación de Cámaras Binacionales del Perú en el Exterior (FCBPE) and as a member of the Leadership Committee of the Latin American Chapter of the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP), where he coordinates regional academic initiatives relating to Public-Private Partnerships.

He has also completed specialized studies in Public-Private Partnerships, Investment Arbitration, and Public Procurement. He is currently pursuing an MBA at EALDE Business School.
