We have significant experience in public contracting under the provisions of the Law on Contracting with the State and Works for Taxes, having among our main clients, companies in the pharmaceutical, industrial, energy and electricity, telecommunications, systems and software sectors, among others. We participate in the different selection processes under the Law on Contracting with the State, accompanying our clients in the stages of consultations, observations and submission of offers, as well as in claims and challenges before the entity or the Contracting Tribunal of the OSCE (National Registry of State Providers/Suppliers) or entity, in the corresponding cases.

Our department also provides legal services to our national and foreign clients who wish to register in the National Registry of Suppliers (RNP) of the OSCE in order to be able to contract with the entities of the Peruvian State.

We have a team specialized in arbitration of disputes deriving from contracts signed under the Law on Contracting with the State.
